Works closely with other cross-functional areas such as Marketing, Clinical and R&amp;D.<\/p>\n<h5>Major duties and responsibilities:<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>Deliver strategic leadership for the commercial path to growth and profitability within their US region<\/li>\n<li>Support clinical cases, aiding sites with planning, documenting cases and sharing best practices<\/li>\n<li>Develop collaborative working relationships within the organization in pursuit of the company\u2019s overall business goals<\/li>\n<li>Support company clinical objectives including the identification of potential sites in their region.<\/li>\n<li>Execute upon the company\u2019s commercialization strategy with an emphasis on achieving market penetration and sales growth<\/li>\n<li>Implement the company\u2019s sales strategy across key market segments to ensure that the company identifies and optimizes a clear path toward aggressive growth<\/li>\n<li>Assess, build and manage necessary channels capable of delivering on the company\u2019s growth objectives<\/li>\n<li>Support distributors and direct sales efforts to meet and exceed revenue targets<\/li>\n<li>Support strategy and provide leadership for enterprise-wide business development opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Originate and manage business development opportunities that are consistent with the company\u2019s strategy for revenue growth<\/li>\n<li>Support the management of physician and sales training plans and support materials<\/li>\n<li>Manage relationships with leading KOL physicians, professional societies, and hospital administrators to eventuate new product introductions, key market adoption criteria and recommendations for success.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5><span style=\"letter-spacing: -0.04em;\">Education\/Experience requirements:<\/span><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in Science or Business Administration.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills and ability to multi-task in a dynamic start-up environment<\/li>\n<li>15+ years experience in medical device sales, with 5-8 years\u2019 experience in sales with proven success in achieving sales objectives. Experience in senior sales management role desired.<\/li>\n<li>Preference for extensive Aortic and\/or Peripheral Vascular experience. Embolization experience desired.<\/li>\n<li>Proven success in achieving sales objectives in a variety of distribution structures, product segments and customer engagement strategies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>Work environment \/ Demands of the position:<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Travel<\/strong> \u2013 Approximately 50-75% of work time will be spent traveling.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Physical Demand <\/strong>\u2013 While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods of time.
